Hello! I'm Ella - a Casting freelancer from London.
I have extensive experience working in theatre, having started my casting journey at Shakespeare's Globe. Working under the Head of Casting, Becky Paris CDG, I assisted on 20 productions for The Globe Theatre & Sam Wanamaker Playhouse from 2022 - 2024.
Other casting assistant credits include: Bliss The Musical (ATG Workshop performance), Reverberation (Bristol Old Vic), The History Boys (Theatre Royal Bath / Tour), The Cat and The Canary (Chichester Festival Theatre/ Told By An Idiot), Here In America (Orange Tree Theatre).
Casting consultant credits: The Josephine Hart Poetry Hour (Emily Dickinson & Sylvia Plath)
Having also worked in access, I am passionate about inclusive representation for Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent actors, which is something I bring to my casting practice.
